1、泥塑模型制造：依據(jù)設(shè)計方案進行平等尺度的泥塑制造，有時候需求制造小稿，然后再進行小稿放大制造。

2、泥塑模型翻模：等泥塑模型制造完結(jié)并經(jīng)客戶確認無誤后就可以翻模了，這兒一般是玻璃鋼稿翻制。

3、下料和鍛制：小型銅浮雕或大型銅浮雕局部加工可以采納氧氣加乙炔生產(chǎn)高溫加熱，大型銅浮雕就需求生爐火鼓風加熱，等加熱后用鐵皮將銅板擊打平坦。將適當份額的松香和土等原料放在容器內(nèi)消融，再將其倒入四周有3—5厘米高出邊沿的作業(yè)臺，用于固定加熱后的銅板。工藝師們在銅板上用鏨手勾勒出凹凸起伏的線條。
3. Blanking and forging: The local processing of small copper reliefs or large copper reliefs can adopt oxygen plus acetylene to produce high temperature heating. Large copper reliefs need to be heated by furnace fire and air blast. After heating, the copper plate will be knocked flat with iron sheet. Put an appropriate amount of rosin, soil and other raw materials in a container for melting, and then pour them into a worktable with 3-5 cm high edges around it to fix the heated copper plate. The craftsmen used chisels to outline the undulating lines on the copper plate.
4、拼裝與上色：在鍛造進行至必定階段時，即可將鍛制好的銅板依據(jù)玻璃鋼稿依次焊接拼裝拼裝，然后就可以進行打磨刨光和上色處理，等上色完后需噴涂維護漆，等做完這些作業(yè)后，一件銅浮雕作品就算完結(jié)了。
4. Assembling and painting: When the forging process reaches a certain stage, the forged copper plates can be welded, assembled and assembled according to the glass fiber reinforced plastic draft, and then polished and colored.
